We have a 30 day return policy on our products. Our soccer balls are guaranteed to last under normal playing conditions. Warranties cover excessive wear or loss of shape due to defects in workmanship or materials. If there are questions in regards to excessive wear or loss of shape due to defects in workmanship or materials, a refund will be provided within 10 business days upon receipt of product. Excal Marketing reserves the right to review any returns.

Generally, we review each customer's concern on a case by case basis. We don't make excuses, but want to give the best customer experience possible. If your order is late due to backorders or shipping concerns, we tell our customers not to worry as we can track all our orders, and get back to our customers in a timely manner.
